About this file
This document contains a past performance questionnaire for a federal solicitation. The National Weather Service intends to enter into a contract to purchase Total Precipitable Water and Zenith Total Delay data derived from surface-based GPS and GNSS receivers. These data were originally produced by the Global Systems Division of NOAA's Earth System Research Laboratory, but production was transitioned to private enterprise in 2016 via a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement. The questionnaire contains four sections to assess a contractor's past performance on quality of service, schedule, cost control, and management on a previous contract. Respondents are asked to provide comments and must submit the completed questionnaire directly to the identified contract specialist by July 20, 2021.
