INTRODUCTION

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the efforts to be performed by the Contractor as part of the United States Navy’s (USN’s) modification of the System Development & Demonstration (SD&D) T56-A-427A engines to a production configuration which will support management of one engine configurations in the Fleet and provide flexibility for TYCOM’s to support Fleet and Flight test aircraft engines.

1.1 Objective

The objective of this SOW is to procure required material to support modification of the T56-A-427A SD&D flight test engines. This modification reduces cost/management and increases availability of material in support of one configuration for the T56-A-427A fleet/flight test aircraft.
