1 Does the Agency have an incumbent for the contract?
General No current contract in place.
How many Call Orders does the Agency anticipate releasing to the Awardee firm(s)?
Each Call Order will have a bulk of cases and will vary based on funding and case prep time.
On average, how old are the debts, i.e. for how long has the Borrower(s) failed to make mortgage payments to the Agency on average?
All key personnel regardless of addition or replacement would be subject to the same requirements.
How many cases does the Agency anticipate releasing to the Awardee firm(s)?
Maine- has law changes and we need to know the requirements before sending packets. We estimate we will have about 75 without knowing the attorney’s requirements.
NC – Estimate having around 150-200 foreclosure accounts ready to send to attorney without out knowing their requirements
SC – Estimate having around 150 foreclosure accounts ready to send to attorney without knowing their requirements
VA- Estimate having around 100 foreclosure accounts ready to send to attorney without knowing their requirements
When will the Agency release Call Orders to the Awardee firm(s)?
TBD, but there is a current backlog of cases
If a Contractor is awarded the contract, will the Agency release Call Orders to the Awardee firm(s) or will there be another competitive process to determine which Awardee Contractor actually receives Call Orders?
No, multiple BPAs allow for any effort to maintain competition by rotating vendors on what makes sense for workload distribution, per solicitation requirements.
