Received Questions and agency’s Answers/Responses
Note: Questions are in black print and answers are in bold blue print
1. Is the easement being appraised as a part of the total property ownership or as a separate entity (easement only)?
No, the easement is not being appraised. We need the property appraised at marked value, highest and best use.
1. If it is separate, does the shape, topography (all wet, etc.), size and access influence Highest and Best Use and thus, possibly value?
We only need the market value of the property as a whole. There is not an easement on the property at this time.
