1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified
Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals and a written solicitation will not be issued (SF1449).
2. The Solicitation 70Z03925QCGA00018 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.
3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 with effective date 08/07/2025. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far.
4. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and the associated North
American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519, with Size Standard is
$34,000,000. Product Service Code: 7G21.
5. Destination: USCG Academy, 15 Mohegan Avenue, New London, CT 06320
6. Description: 1Y Cisco FPR2140 Threat Defense, Threat, Malware and URL 1Y Subs (QTY 2 subscriptions) (Brand name only)
7. Delivery must be made within 5 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days – not to exceed 30 – required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. Unless otherwise noted.
8. Pricing Details: 0001 CLIN / QTY 2 x Subscription cost.
9. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
10. LPTA
Award Criteria - The Government intends to select for award the one responsible quote which conforms to the Bidding Requirements and Buy Terms in the auction, proposes a price that is fair and reasonable, and provides the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable
(LPTA) quote meeting the specifications of the requirement. 11. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE
REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
12. Invoicing is completed through IPP.gov after the award is issued.
13. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This notice is due to close 25-Aug-2025 @ 10:00am EST
