Request for Proposal Questions

Solicitation 12C0BA25R0001: Lender-Placed Insurance Services, 30SEP2025

1. Do you have a specific format you would like us to provide our quotes back under for each product? (Lender-Placed Insurance, Flood Determinations & Property Inspections)

Answer: Please refer to the Solicitation, specifically to Section 11 Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Methodology which provides specific guidance and page limitations. There is no specific format requirement for Volume I- Technical Proposal, as long as Word or PDF files are submitted and that also adhere to the page limitations.

Please also note that Volume II, Price Proposal, has its own set of requirements which include Attachment J-2 Pricing Worksheet. Please complete the Pricing Worksheet, as well as the other required documents, as part of your price proposal. Modifications to the pricing worksheet is allowed to accommodate the interested contractor’s pricing structure.
