About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by the USDA Forest Service, Federal Fire and Aviation Management in McClellan, California.

The amendment reopens Solicitation 129J6124Q7000 for an open season onboarding period for a Potable & Gray Water Truck/Handwashing Station (Trailer Mounted) for Region 5 – Pacific Southwest Region to support local, regional, and national fire suppression and hazard incidents. Vendor quote responses are due no later than April 23, 2025 at 5:00 PM MST, submitted through the VIFR NextGen application at https://www.fs.usda.gov/business/solicitation/vendorapp.php. The solicitation is set aside as a Minority Award Incumbent Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Award decisions will use the same evaluation factors and subfactors as the original solicitation, with new BPA awards identical in terms and conditions to original awards. The onboarding period will run concurrently with the USFS Contracting Officer's annual BPA review rollover modification process. All proposed resources must meet criteria established in the original solicitation, with new quote submissions meeting all Acceptability Pass/Fail requirements. Newly awarded Contractors or newly accepted resources will be eligible for dispatch and BPA Calls in accordance with ordering procedures in the agreements. The amendment was signed by Francoises Morman, Contracting Officer, on March 20, 2026.
