Solicitation 12905B24Q0088 – Amendment #01

Request For Information #1 – Questions And Answers

1. Do you have the serial number (SN) for this machine?

A) I do not have access to the Serial Number

2. Pickup, delivery, and/or drop-off of the tractor within 100 miles of 1691 S. 2700 W., Aberdeen, ID 83201:

Q) Does the tractor have a loader or any other implements?

A) No Loader Q) Does it have duals?

A) No Duals

3. Replacement of all broken/worn parts as necessary with parts that meet or exceed OEM standards:

Q) What specific problems have you encountered with the transmission, and why is it being replaced?

A) Transmission locked up while driving makes all sorts of noise Low and Medium ranges not functioning at all High barely functioning Q) Are we rebuilding or replacing the transmission?

A) No external leaks to my knowledge, lots of banging and clunking some gears nothing happens at all. Needs to be return to factory function.

Q) Without examining the machine, we cannot order parts at random. Does the entire system need to be flushed?

A) I would assume the Hydraulic system needs to be flushed Q) Are new filters required?

A) Again I would assume all Hydraulic filters would need to be replaced.

4. Include all labor required for repairs:

Q) Without knowing the full scope of work, we cannot provide an accurate estimate for labor at this time.

A) We hope this added information will help you provide a quote.

5. Include repair of the 4WD system:

Q) What specific components need to be replaced or repaired, and why?

A) To my assumption the cause of the issue was due to the wrong size front tires and ratio being off from front to rear (RCI ratio) believe the vehicle to have been in 4wd when this problem occurred so that’s all I know.
