COR Comments:

Answer 1. Yes we will provide total RNA and ribosomal depletion is just fine.

Answer 2. No pathogens whatsoever. Just plant samples grown in a greenhouse.

Answer 3. Sample Origin is Logan, UT, USA

Answer 4. Species is Lolium perenne, or perennial ryegrass

Answer 5. No data analysis needed

Answer 6. fastq files are fine

Answer 7. Either way can be done. The third set of 32 samples will be ready on July 10, while the other two sets are ready immediately. I can wait and submit all in July, or piecemeal.
