The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from the site visits.

1. Is snow removal required for overnight accumulations that don't reach 3 inches?

Answer: Yes, regardless of accumulation amount, the parking lots and sidewalks should be clear before the offices open.

2. Will there be any issues with using Calcium Chloride Salt as a de-icer?

Answer: As Long As the de-icer meets the bio-based requirements, there should be no issues with the type used.

3. Do you want to operate on a call out basis or seasonal event basis?

Answer: The intent is to have the parking lot and sidewalks cleared before the offices open, but to operate on a call out basis during business hours.

4. At the Salt Lake Ranger District, piling snow up may take up a couple of parking spots until it melts.

Would hauling snow away be an option.

Answer: Hauling snow away is such a remote possibility, that at this time should the need occur at either location it will be handled as an out of scope need.
