Roadside Blading Questions and Answers

1. Regarding the “work list” provided in the solicitation, we would like to know which roads are single land and which are double lane.

-Roads listed in the worklist are single lane roads with turnouts.

2. Are all roads covered in existing rock/aggregate, or are some dirt only?

- Road surface types/conditions vary It is anticipated that most roads do not have large quantities of aggregate surfacing.

3. Confirm no compaction equipment required and that tracks of the road grader meet compaction requirements.

- There is no compaction requirement for this contract.

4. Is there a minimum number of passes required?

-There is no minimum number of passes required, only an end product requirement listed in the contract.

5. All pricing shall be entered on the SF 1449.
