About this file
This document is a Schedule of Items for a Request for Quote (RFQ) related to a federal contract opportunity for Tree Removal and Relocation at Hudlow Meadow in the Idaho Panhandle National Forest.
The Schedule of Items lists the required services and their estimated quantities, including road maintenance, tree extraction, log and woody debris hauling, scarification, fuel treatment, forest road closure, and seeding. Pricing is requested on a lump sum basis for each service. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the best value to the Government. Offers for quantities less than the listed estimates may be rejected. Payment for bond premiums can be included under Mobilization, and traffic control is incidental to the other items. The successful contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
