The Contractor’s workforce shall perform all services associated with general janitorial cleaning duties listed in the technical requirements.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness of all areas. All areas shall be kept clean, neat, and free of fire and safety hazards or unsanitary conditions.

Floor plans and site maps are included as part of this Request for Quotes (RFQ).

The nine buildings are defined as:

B.3.1. Eureka Ranger Station Main Office B.3.2. Eureka Ranger Station Engineering Office B.3.3. Eureka Ranger Station Fire Warehouse B.3.4. Eureka Ranger Station Exercise Building B.3.5. Eureka Bunkhouse B.3.6. Murphy Lake Ranger Station Main Office B.3.7. Murphy Lake Ranger Station Shop B.3.8. Skelly Hall Bunkhouse B.3.9. Lilac Hall Bunkhouse

Janitorial services are required year-round for the Eureka Ranger Station Main Office, Engineering Office, Fire Warehouse, Exercise Building, Murphy Lake Ranger Station Main Office, and Shop.

Janitorial services are required annually for the Eureka Bunkhouse, Skelly Hall Bunkhouse, and Lilac Hall Bunkhouse.

The Government is not responsible for any error or variation in the square footage listed, nor will the Contractor, because of any error or variation in the square footage listed, be relieved of their responsibility to carry out the contract in accordance with the true intent and meaning of the specifications. There shall be no additional cost to the Government based solely on an error or variation in the square footage or other similar miscalculations listed. The descriptions that follow are the areas that are intended to be covered by the resultant contract.
