Summary of Changes

1. Extend proposal due date to March 2nd, 2023 at 1200 ET

2. Respond to additional Questions and provide answers as stated below:

Question: It looks like all but one have an existing vault underneath. Will we be responsible for pumping the vault prior to removal?

Answer Yes

Question: One toilet looks to be a pit toilet; will it need to be over excavated and have the remaining soil tested for contamination?

Answer No

Question: Where the existing toilets are removed and reclaimed, will we be responsible for grass seed and weed control?

Answer No

Question: How will the presence of rock be addressed when the new toilet is not being installed in the same location as the existing as these sites are also currently snow covered and no geotechnical reports were provided?

Answer The presence of rocks is likely but we have not experienced sites that have been too rocky for an excavator. If bedrock is encounter it will be addressed at the time of its discovery.

Question: Will tree removal be allowed to facilitate the removal of the existing toilets in locations such as the forest lake cabin site and if so how will the removals of trees be paid?

Answer Tree removal will be allowed if required and upon approval of the CO. Tree removal shall be incidental to the toilet installation.

3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
