1282A718Q0061 Medical Services; Schenck Job Corps Center Questions and Answers

1. It is stating that we can provide either a Physician or a Physician and a NP/PA. Without knowing the patient load, it is difficult to determine if a Physician alone is sufficient.

Answer: Services will be provided by the hourly requirement stated in the solicitation, not on a patient load basis. The physician will be responsible for providing services as detailed in the solicitation, including exams of students, during these hours.

2. In the synopsis on June 28 it stated that we submit technical, past performance and pricing. However, on the final RFP released there are no requirements for any proposal submission. Do we only submit CLIN pricing and signed SF 1449?

Answer: There are detailed instructions located on p. 23, IV. 6. A, that list the required documentation to submit with the Request for Quotation.

3. Is email submission acceptable?

Answer: The solicitation states that acceptable methods of submission on p. 23. Please read the solicitation thoroughly.

4. Is this a new requirement?

Answer: No.

5. Is there an incumbent? If so, can you provide the contract number and the name of the incumbent?

Answer: All information available to the public regarding the incumbent vendor is located on www.fbo.gov.

6. Is it possible that a Licensed NP or PA can provide the services without the supervision of a physician?

Answer: Please see p. 5 of the solicitation I.1 for a detailed explanation of the technical requirement.
