The key details are:

The contract requires two office trailers, each with two offices, one on each end. The trailers will be installed on dirt and partially asphalt surfaces. The contract also requires two 40-44 KVA Tier 4 generators with 50' cable, 5-wire, and 2 cable tails. Pricing is requested for the generators, bulk dyed diesel fuel, refueling charges, delivery, and pickup. Climate control in the form of air conditioning is required due to high temperatures. Questions & Answers

1) How many rooms do you require within the interior space of the trailers requested? Two Offices, one on each end of the trailer.

2) What surface will the trailers be installed on? Dirt and partially asphalt.

3) Please provide a clear and thorough breakdown of the expected request for two generators (40-44 KVA Tier 4), 50' cable banded 5 wire, 2 cable tail (8 total), bulk dyed diesel sales, and refueling charge per delivery, delivery charge, and pick up charge. The trailers will be in two different areas of the airport, therefore two generators and 50’ branded 5 wire and cable tails to properly plug into the generator and trailer. Previous contract contracts had a set price for fuel and refueling charge each time you wanted fuel.

4) Do the trailers need climate-controlled options included? AC units are a must with high temperatures keeping the pilots and crew cool.
