About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers board for Solicitation Number 12639524Q0273, a 2-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement of bagged, food-grade bumped oats. The incumbent contractor is Centennial Grain, LLC under a previous 2-year contract valued at $150,000. There is currently no determined budget for the new contract, as funding is dependent on congressional appropriations. The solicitation provides detailed specifications for the bumped oats, including microbiological requirements, and states that the contract will be firm-fixed price for the 2-year period with no price adjustments. The ordering process will be as-needed, with the government able to issue delivery orders under the IDIQ terms. Historical order volumes from the prior contract indicate an average of 28,000 lbs. The new contract period is expected to begin on 10/01/2024 and run for 2 years.
