Vendor’s Responsibility – Seller shall provide animals that meet previously described health criteria and shall deliver animals by the requested service date. If upon delivery animals do not meet specified criteria, seller will replace affected animals in the next shipment, or issue a credit within 48 hours to the agency, at the agency’s choice.

Contractor must also provide contact information for their attending veterinarian to discuss animal care history if necessary.
