This document is a Question Log related to a Request for Information (RFI) for the procurement of UTVs (Utility Task Vehicles) for the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS) program in Guam.

The key details are: APHIS is seeking 4 UTVs to be delivered to their Guam location, with no brand name preference as long as the salient characteristics are met. The solicitation closes on June 14, 2024, and award will be made shortly after, though no specific award date is stated. Delivery dates may be adjusted, and 2-4 person seating capacity is acceptable with no preference. There is no loading dock at the delivery location, so containerized deliveries must be palletized.
