About this file

This amendment modifies the statement of work for solicitation number 12639523R0032 from the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service seeking high-game and pasture fencing in south Texas. The amendment replaces pages six through eight of the statement of work to break out fencing requirements by county, with Willacy and Cameron having different specifications from Zapata County. Key requirements include installing high-tensile galvanized game fencing a minimum of eight feet high with wood or pipe posts buried at least four feet deep, reinforced by T-posts or line posts every 100 feet. Fencing must include H-braces and deadmen at corners and offsets. Gates of at least 16 feet wide by eight feet tall are also required at property entrances.
