Solicitation 12639521Q0146
Responses to Questions
May 7, 2020
1. Question: We staff 2 mid‐levels full‐time in our clinic, and our Medical Director is a Physician. He is available as needed for consultation with our mid‐levels and to review and sign documents. Does that meet the requirement of Physician for the Methylene Chloride, Ethylene Oxide, and Noise Physicals?
Response: See Amendment 0001 (Response to Question #4). See also Section 6.1, Qualified Personnel and Section 8.2, Staff Qualifications.
2. Question: Our PA‐C is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist. Does that certification meet the Audiometry requirements? We have a Sound Booth and all other required components of that need.
Response: See Section 6.1, Qualified Personnel and Section 8.2, Staff Qualifications.
3. Question: We have Board Certified Radiologists read all our X‐rays; some x‐rays require going to our Hospital (we are off site), while some can be done in‐house. Our Clinic is NOT located within our Hospital. Can the Hospital be considered part of the "Contractor's Location?"
Response: The solicitation does not specify that services must be performed at a single facility.
