2) The quantities as listed in the “Schedule of Items” are estimated requirements for this contract period. The Government estimates, but does not guarantee, the volume of purchases under this contract. The USDA, APHIS attempts to be as accurate as possible when providing estimated quantities, however, actual quantities required may vary from the quantities listed. Other than the minimum contract amount stated in AGAR clause 452.216-73 below, no guarantee is given as to the actual number of pounds required during the term of this contract. The estimated annual ordering amount is approximately 2,500 pounds, however this quantity could change to meet program requirements.

The line item firm fixed price base pricing can be increased or decreased depending on fluctuations in the market conditions, and based on the pricing of the commodity using an established competitive pricing index. If the pricing of the raw material fluctuates, the pricing of the Liquid Methyl Eugenol will be negotiated based on the new market pricing. The contractor will only be able to raise the contract price based on the market price changes. Profit or fee will not be a factor in changing the contract pricing as these are fixed costs throughout the contract period.
The Contractor is required to provide adequate supporting documentation to request any pricing changes.

• Paragraph (b) of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items if you have completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) Website located at https://www.sam.gov/portal. If the combination of prices from the price index and wholesaler quotes demonstrates the cost of the raw material has increased, the price of the line item may be increased based upon the percentage of increase reflected in the PPI and quotes. If the price https://ipp.gov/
