Answers to Questions for sol# 12639518Q00472639518Q004712639518Q0047 What are the hours of operation at the terminal?

The plant works 24 / 7 but it doesn’t mean they are producing USDA products CornSoyBlend or CornSoyBlend-Plus. Each week the plant provides a schedule with the hours the plan to produce the product. Sometimes this can change after they submit if equipment breaks down or the ingredients don’t come in for the product or they aren’t able to meet internal testing of product before packaging.

How often could we potentially be called into work?

There is no way to determined that. It will depend on the arrival of commodities on site.

Are we required to have more than one Inspector present at the site at a time?

The answer is no.

4. Are we allowed to submit an hourly rate based on a minimum number of hours worked and a second hourly rate for shifts that fall below that minimum number of hours worked?

Only one hourly rate will be accepted that is inclusive of all work to be performed under the SOW.

5. In Notes to Quoters, it states the specific items that must be submitted by interested vendors.

Is it safe to assume that I can simply send you an email that has all of the information requested?

An email will be sufficient.

6. Within these requirements, it mentions submitting a “completed Pricing schedule.” Is that the same thing as the “Request for Quotation.”

Correct
