About this file
This is a Revenue Proposal Excel file for RFP 125DO003 related to On-Vehicle Advertising for the Regional Transportation District (RTD) in Colorado. The contract seeks a contractor to manage sales, display, installation, maintenance, and removal of advertising on RTD's rolling stock, including commercial advertising, RTD messaging, corporate partnership programs, media trades, and public service messages. The contract term spans five base years (including a 13-month first year) and two option years, totaling seven years.
The revenue model includes a Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) of at least $2.0 million per year, with contractors having the option to pay monthly or annually. The total MAG must be at least $14 million over the seven-year term, with a minimum of $10 million for base years and $4 million for option years. The evaluation process includes points for guaranteed revenue above the $14 million requirement, percentage of net revenue shared with RTD (with points awarded for percentages over 50%), and added value in advertising media, production, printing, or design. Contractors will be evaluated and scored based on these financial parameters, with RTD retaining discretion in determining the value of added offerings.
