Is there a Bid Bond - KS “I do not think so, estimated cost too low” CO is Karie Linn will be direct the successful bidder on all schedule and financial question including modifications (if needed) and the award of optional work items. (Provided Karie Linn’s contact info) Discussed the methods and techniques used to prepare an adequate footing in the previous contract

(2010) [mechanically tamped 2A modified stone that is 1 ½’ thick and 3’ wide starting 1’ below the surface] o Note: Michael Digiandomenico asked about the difference in the ground surface on either side of the wall. “Not consistent varying up to a foot higher on the road side. Where does the footing start? 1’ below which side?” KS “Clarification of this occurred as it was made clear that the TOP of the 1 ½’ thick x 3’ footing WILL begin 1’ below the lowest ground surface on either side of the wall.”
