Question Received

1.Can we use a transport instead of a tanker?

Our assessment of the location of the tank filling connection, and the route taken through the farm buildings to access the connection, would make a semi-trailer (“transport”) delivery difficult to impossible (see site map with scale bar). Note that the route to the tank involves a tight series of turns, and the actual location for filling the tank is narrow.

2. Can the site accommodate a transport?

We currently receive our deliveries from a tandem axle delivery truck, and farm staff expect that any vehicle much larger than that may not be able to access the site safely.

3. What type of fitting and size is the receiving tank connections?

5-inch male fitting, tank can only hold 2,500 gallons at a time (see image).
