PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY (PRS)

The Contract Requirements listed in the attached PRS summarize specific tasks which are to be performed under this contract. The Performance Requirements associated with each Contract Requirement are shown in the PRS and include:

a. Work Requirements Work Requirements are a series of tasks associated with each particular Contract Requirement and are listed in column 1 of the PRS. The Work Requirements are typically specified in terms of timeliness of performance, the quality of work, and the preparation of documentation (if applicable).

b. Quality/ Performance Standards The Standard of Performance for each Work Requirement is identified in column 2 of the PRS by reference to the respective paragraph in Section C which specifies in detail the work to be performed.

c. Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) The Acceptable Quality Level for each Work Requirement is identified in column 3 of the PRS. The Acceptable Quality Level, when exceeded, indicates that the Contractor's overall monthly performance is unsatisfactory. The AQL does not represent a threshold for payment deductions. Deductions can be taken for any defects (with appropriate credit for rework) regardless of whether or not the AQL was exceeded.

d. Means of Measurement (MOM) The Means of Measurement for each work requirement is identified in column 4 of the PRS. The MOM indicates the methods used for purposes of Quality Assurance by the COR.

e. Negative/Positive Incentives The Negative/Positive Incentives for each work requirement is identified in columns 5 and 6 of the PRS. Where there are more than one negative incentive noted one or all may be used.
