About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) from a federal contract opportunity for the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for facility maintenance, construction, and service projects up to $250,000 in Region 9.
The key details are: 1) Offerors must be registered as a small business under the appropriate NAICS code size standard, but do not need to be a federally-designated small business entity. 2) The contract has a 6.9% female participation requirement, which can be met through a female contractor, coordinator, or other personnel. 3) Offers are due by May 17, 2024. 4) Offerors who were previously awarded a BPA contract in 2022-2023 do not need to resubmit. 5) There are no previous contract pricing details available. 6-7) The BPAs do not have a one-year term that is negotiable, nor an option to opt out after one year.
