About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a USDA Forest Service janitorial services solicitation (12444626Q0071) issued on August 20, 2026, with a submission deadline of September 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM Central.
The scope of work involves weekly janitorial services for a Cassville facility totaling approximately 2,285 square feet (25x30 main floor, 17x30 upper carpet, and 20x30 basement). The contractor is responsible for providing all cleaning products, supplies, tools, and equipment not specifically listed in the solicitation requirements. Waste disposal will use the on-site dumpster, and the government will maintain vacuum equipment. Site visits are not available. When cleaning falls on a federal holiday or facility closure, the contractor must reschedule with the requiring office. No option years are currently available, there is no incumbent contract information, and no historical labor hour data has been provided. The evaluation method uses LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) and highest technically acceptable criteria as detailed in Attachment A. Offerors must complete and submit Attachment A and Attachment C (Schedule of Items) as the price proposal in three separate files via email. A Wage Determination attachment is provided for informational purposes only and is not a binding wage determination. The last day for question submission is August 27, 2026.
