About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for janitorial services at the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest Supervisor's Office in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. The solicitation (12444625Q0031) is issued by the USDA Forest Service and seeks a contractor to provide janitorial services for a base year from July 5, 2025, to July 4, 2026, with four one-year option periods through July 4, 2030. The procurement is a small business set-aside, and the evaluation will consider factors including past performance, experience, supplies/tools/equipment, key employees, and approach to the project, with non-price factors weighted more heavily than price.

Contractors must comply with various federal regulations, including service contract labor standards, mandatory training requirements, and security procedures. Specific training mandates include annual courses on unconscious bias, anti-harassment, information security, records management, and Section 508 compliance. Unaccompanied contractor employees will need to obtain temporary credentials and site badges through USDA security procedures, with access credentials determined by the nature of IT and physical access required. Offers must be submitted electronically to shad.stoddard@usda.gov by 5:00 PM CT on May 5, 2025, with a completed Schedule of Items and Submission Package.
