12. Q: This solicitation lists front/rear elevations of 70" L × 42" D × 42" H (front) / 50" H (rear).
Catalog IGBC/LWWF 3-yard front-load bear dumpsters (e.g., Bearicuda Guardian 3 CY FL, BearSaver 3-yd FL IGBC 5369, Capital Industries 3 yd³ FL IGBC 5336C) are typically 72" to about 82" in overall length, with ~42" depth and a sloped lid near 42"/50".
Is 70" a maximum overall length that must not be exceeded (pad, screen, or enclosure limit)?
Or is it nominal, and a standard certified 3-yard front-load of approximately 72–82" L × 42" D with sloped lid is acceptable?
A: Yes a standard certified 3 yard front-load dumpster with the dimensions of approximately 72–82" L × 42" D with sloped lid is acceptable
13. Q: Section 3.0 requires the 3-yard dumpsters to be LWWF & IGBC Certified and specifies dimensions of 70" L x 42" D. Industry-standard, LWWF & IGBC-certified 3-yard front-load dumpsters typically carry standard exterior dimensions of 82" W x 45" D.

Are these exact required dimensions, or would a commercially available LWWF & IGBC-certified 3-yard front-load bear-resistant dumpster with slightly different dimensions be acceptable, provided it meets the remaining requirements and is compatible with standard front-load refuse vehicles?
A: Yes
15. Q: Please confirm that this requirement is for the purchase and delivery of 45 dumpsters only, with no ongoing waste collection, disposal, installation, maintenance, or placement services required.
