About this file

This file is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation 12443926Q0054 addressing inquiries about aquatic non-native invasive species (NNIS) treatment services. Two key questions were submitted and answered on April 27-28, 2026. The first question confirmed that this is a new requirement with no incumbent contractor. The second question clarified that treatment cannot be conducted via helicopter, and this restriction also excludes drone applications due to NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) limitations that prohibit aerial spraying of herbicides in the project area.
