Specific technical specifications require underground conduit placement 24-30" below grade, fiber optic cable termination with less than 0.5db loss, and comprehensive cable testing and labeling. The project involves creating wall penetrations, extending innerduct, and providing patch cables for network connectivity. The contractor is responsible for utility location, wall penetration sealing, and submitting product data for any proposed equipment substitutions.
