About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation 1240LP25Q0100 for Blknf Cattle Guard Grilles. The Q&A addresses three key points: (1) a potential elimination of the C10×15.3 end locking channel, as this component is not shown in the original attachment and may not be necessary, (2) clarification on painting requirements under FP-14 Section 563, specifically detailing which submittals are required for coating new fabricated steel, with guidance that the extent of submissions depends on specific products and methodologies used, and (3) confirmation that no additional attachment points, lifting lugs, anchor holes, drain holes, or other penetrations are required for the cattle guards.
