Payment will be determined on the services and frequencies less any deductions for any nonconforming or unacceptable performance.
Deductions – Anytime the performance of services fall below the acceptable quality level, a deduction for services that cannot be reperformed or late performance a deduction will be made based on the level of service for that month. If the AQL is 95% performance and missed or unacceptable service drops the performance level below the AQL, the percentage of that pay item will be reduced to the performance level of the service for that month.
(Example: on restrooms – Daily rate is $50.00, there are 12 cleaning days in the month, the total owed for the service for the month is $600.00. The performance level drops to 80%.
Total due the contractor for the month less the deductions is $480.00).

However, deductions for unsatisfactorily completed work will be made as described below. Contractor shall submit invoice monthly, on or after the last day of the month in which the work was performed.
Performance evaluation for full payment will be made in accordance with the section Performance Evaluation. Items meeting the performance threshold shall be paid at 100%. In the case the performance threshold is not met, COR shall estimate percentage of item completion for each occurrence of the daily, weekly, or monthly item that did not meet the performance threshold and will notify the Contractor and the Contracting Officer. Partial payment for the substandard item shall be made by multiplying the per occurrence contract value of the item not met by the estimated percentage of satisfactory completion for that occurrence.
