Amendment 002

Clarifications to Inquiries:

Listed under the government furnished materials is “Office space at the Medora Ranger District,” Can the work be done remotely?

Yes, the work can be done remotely.

Would monthly billings and status reports suffice in place of weekly time cards?

Yes, monthly would be adequate.

What format will land descriptions of Oil and Gas Lease Expressions of Interest be provided in? If written longhand, will the contractor be responsible for converting those to GIS?

They will be provided long hand in aliquot parts from the Expressions of interest form. The contractor would use GIS to determine which stipulations apply but would not need to digitize the parcels.

Will it have already been determined that the government owns the mineral rights in the areas of expressed lease interest or will the contractor be responsible for verifying that information?

Yes, the verification of the minerals ownership will be completed prior to providing to the contractor.

Will contractor be responsible for digitalizing stipulation mapping, or are stipulations already mapped in

GIS format?

Stipulations will be provided in a GIS format.

Would it be possible to have a copy of the administrative review checklist provided for the purpose of costing?

Attached is the administrative review checklist.

The solicitation seems vague as to the number of personnel solicited. It appears to us that the solicitation only seeks one individual consultant to aid the government in work, and that consultant needs to be able to set aside xx-hours a week for consulting with the government on the EOIs. Is this true? Is the government only seeking one individual to provide these EOI reviews?

The Government anticipates one employee; however, if you choose to offer two employees the time allowed to perform the work will be reduced by half.
