About this file

This document outlines standard terms and conditions for federal purchase orders and identifies clauses commonly included on such orders. It also describes a solicitation for tree planting supplies issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service.

The solicitation seeks fixed price quotes for the supply and delivery of tree planting supplies on an FOB destination basis. The combined synopsis and solicitation was issued as a request for quotation under simplified acquisition procedures with a closing date for receipt of quotes by email. The requirement is set aside for small businesses with a NAICS code of 115310 and $11.5 million size standard. Applicable FAR provisions and clauses are identified for commercial items, and the evaluation criteria will consider technical capability to meet requirements and price.
