Schedule Notes:

1Unit price is per seedling planted. Total quantity of all seedlings is estimated to be 162,480 and may vary due to availability. A change in quantity of seedlings available may affect total acres, trees per acre planted, and total price. Due to unknown areas of unplantable ground, the contractor, COR, and CO may agree to reduce the required quantity of seedlings for individual pay units.

* Any excess seedlings resulting from such reductions must be planted within Item 0014 (Beagel 10) identified in the Schedule of Items and Planting Data Sheets. The quantity of seedlings in Item 0014 is estimated; payment will be for actual quantity planted.

2 Walk-ins that exceed ¼ mile will be paid for mileage beyond the first ¼ mile from the nearest point accessible by motor vehicle, to the nearest planting unit boundary. Any walk-in mileage must be agreed on by both the COR and designated Contractor Representative, before walking in or making payment for walk-in miles.

Mileage is paid once for each walk-in identified, regardless of the size of the crew used to access the planting unit. Planting units may require multiple walk-ins and mileage will be paid, once, one way, for each trip required. The walk-in Item 0015 will be used for compensation purposes for approved walk-ins. Note: No pre-identified walk-ins over ¼ mile are on the Planting Data Sheets (Attachment 5).

Estimated Start Work Date: March 31, 2026 Period of Performance: March 31, 2026, through May 1, 2026 (This is a potential work range. The Performance Time shall be followed).

Performance Time: 1 day (including weekends) per 50 acres of work.

Quoters must have the capacity (crew availability, open calendar) to start the week of March 30th, no exceptions.
