Normal Hours of Operation.
Perform services required under this contract during Methow Valley Ranger District normal duty hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Contractor: Will the government be flexible in accommodating when services are performed? For instance, opportunities to perform services outside of normal business hours.
Government Response: Yes, the government will be flexible in accommodating when services are performed although we prefer cleaning take place between the hours of 6 pm and 6 am Monday through Friday and anytime Saturday and Sunday.
Contractor: When services are performed during business hours are staff aware of contractor and government employee relationships? For instance, are they aware that work is not to be supervised by government employees?
Government Response: As Contracting Officer, in accordance with FAR 37.103 and applicable FAR definitions and guidelines, I have determined that work to be performed under this contract is non-personal in nature Contractor personnel rendering services under this contract will not, either by the contract's terms or by the manner of its administration, be subject to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees.
Contractor: For 5.4, Hours of Operations: Will the government stipulate the actually days and times worked on the contract consistent or will these request vary from week to week, For instance, M/WF one week then a W F Sun the next?
Government Response: The days of the week the contractor works will largely be determined by the contractor and will remain fairly consistent from week to week although they are allowed to change if the contractor or COR needs them to change.
Contractor: on pages 30 and 33 it states that the new contractor will be disposing of the recycling? Do you know how we will be disposing of the recycling?
Government Response: The recycling receptacles are located outside on the Eastern end of the warehouse building.
Contractor: Map, there are walls that are either missing or shouldn’t be there. Example: the basement the 2 walls on the basement on the right are no longer there and then upstairs there is a wall that should be there that isn’t on the picture.
Government Response: The floor plans that were submitted were pre-elevator and reconfiguring of the lobby. There were NO current engineering floor plans available for distribution.
