TONASKET RANGER DISTRICT TOILET PUMPING

Statement of Work

The Colville National Forest has a requirement for Vault Toilet Pumping Services on the Tonasket Ranger District. The intent of this contract is to obtain, on a call when needed basis toilet pumping services for approximately 18 toilet vaults on the Tonasket Ranger District as directed by the U.S. Forest Service. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies to pump, wash down, recharge, cleanup, sanitize and dispose of all waste products removed from toilet vaults in accordance with the following contract specifications and in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Trash is to be disposed of off National Forest Land.

The vault or pit toilets are located in recreation sites entirely on the Tonasket Ranger District. The number, site, type, and capacity, are shown on the attached TONASKET FACILITY SPREADSHEET. Some sites may not require pumping and some sites may require pumping more than once. The number of gallons to be pumped from each vault or pit toilet will vary based on the frequency of the service calls placed for each site. The Government may require that sites in close proximity be pumped or partially pumped to make a full load.

Prices should be based on how much the Government would be charge for one trip to each location. Funding will be added to the contract as more facilities require more pumping. Contract award might no be equal to quotes provided at first.

This is a one-year base contract with 4 Optional Years for a total possible contract time of 5 years.
