Base Bid:

Repair by complete replacement of the existing irrigation system and associated electrical system. This is a design/build project.

The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and supplies to perform the work, as per the Statement of Work (SOW).

Option ADD:

Construct a New Well #3

All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and sow/specifications contained in this document.

NOTE: The above general outline of principal features of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor and materials required by the plans and specifications.
