Will any existing chilled water piping be replaced other than what is necessary to make connections to new Air Handler?

No, the existing chilled water piping will not be replaced.

Are we to assume existing valves in chilled water piping are in working condition?

Yes, at this point we believe it in good working condition, but it will be a good practice to check the condition of the existing valve to see how much more life is on them.

To what point does the chilled water piping get demolished and replaced… Is it from the existing Isolation Valves? Yes, unless we see a need to go beyond that point.

Is the supply and return duct double wall duct or internally lined?

The supply and return duct are double walled.

Do we have to take out local permits, or will this be inspected internally?

Local permits have not been required in the past.

Should the existing air handler be disposed of off-site? If not where will it be stored and in what way?
