The solicitation (Number 2000010802) seeks offers for a wide range of vegetable products, including diced tomatoes, white potato slices, vegetable mix, green beans, corn, carrots, and peas in both canned and frozen formats, with a total invitation quantity of 6,696,264 cases. The bid is set for submission by June 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM Central Time, with awards to be announced by June 30, 2025, and deliveries scheduled between October 1, 2025, and September 2026.

Offerors must submit prices electronically through the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM), with prices required for every state and subject to fair and reasonable determination. The solicitation emphasizes that products must be grown, processed, and prepared exclusively in the United States, and contractors must meet USDA vendor qualification requirements to be eligible to submit offers.
