1. The price sheet includes items 1-1 through 1-10 and states 307 total acres. The description and maps include items 1-1 through 1-13 and state 285 acres. Would you like bids on the price sheet for items 1-11 through 1-13 also?
This contract should only have 285 acres on it, and 13 items. I am not sure which price sheet you are referring to here.
2. Do shrub species such as hazel, alder, etc need to be cut?
We do require any woody vegetation to be cut, which includes shrubs. Grasses, ferns, etc. do not need to be cut.
3. Is there a minimum DBH or height of tree species that does not need to be cut? I understand that the maximum the contractor would cut is 5".
There is no minimum DBH or height.
4. Will herbicide need to be applied to the stumps?
No, we don’t use herbicide for TSI.
End.
