About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 issued by the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans for RFP 2025-SWB-06 Real Estate Broker Services, with proposals due February 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. CST. The addendum provides responses to four questions from potential bidders regarding the solicitation.
The addendum clarifies that previously submitted notarized affidavits from prior solicitations are acceptable if the notary's commission is for life. No updates are available regarding the planned strategy for real estate purchases and leases for 2025 and the next 3-5 years, nor is there an estimated breakdown of property types to be acquired or leased. The document confirms that the previously established insurance requirements for Errors & Omissions coverage of $500,000 per occurrence and $1 million aggregate remain sufficient for this solicitation.
