Bioreactor Control Bench-scale Fermentor System Specification Sheet

Eppendorf BioFlo 120 (Brand Name only):

• Save critical lab space with a minimal footprint, only 9.7 in wide.

• 1 L vessel heater blankets with large cutouts for easy culture viewing compatible existing Eppendorf BioFlo 120, 1 L glass vessels. It is imperative that we use 1 L vessels for research continuity.

• Control and monitoring of several critical process parameters into a single control system – pH, oxygen, temperature, agitation.

• Access data from anywhere with Eppendorf SCADA, IP network, and remote monitoring capabilities compatible with existing BioFlo 120’s Biocommand Bioprocessing software, batch control, in combination with BioFlo 120 controller.

• Expanded trend screen with up to 8 values for viewing the entire process

• Three front-mounted fixed speed pumps with industry-standard easy load pump heads for convenient liquid addition/removal.

• Easy-to-read 7” integrated touchscreen monitor.

• Fast, easy software upgrades using USB. Enables convenient controller upgrades without service calls or downtime.

• Direct drive motor assembly compatible with existing Eppendorf BioFlo 120, 1 L glass vessels. It is imperative that we use 1 L vessels for research continuity.
