QUESTION ANSWER
Attachment A (proposal cover sheet) and Attachment B (experience in relevant projects) do not appear to have been included in the solicitation PDF file. Please provide these attachments so that we can complete our Step One Technical Proposal.
Attachments added. Note, as stated in paragraph
5.1.1 (General) Offerors are not required to use the form itself as part of their proposal, but the information requested on the form must be in the offeror’s proposal and should be in the same format as the form.
The first paragraph in Subsection 5.2.5 mentions a project manager, but not a project engineer.
The next paragraph mentions a project engineer, but not a project manager. Are the project manager and the project engineer the same position?
The two terms are meant to be interchangeable.
For clarity, the reference to project engineer should be changed to project manager.
