About this file
This document is an amendment or clarification notice to a Blue Bird Bus Repair solicitation. The notice states that Sub-Factor 3 (Licenses) has been removed and eliminated from evaluation and basis for award. The removed sub-factor had required offerors to provide valid licenses with endorsements and certifications to operate the equipment listed in Sub-Factor 1, ensure such licenses and certifications were recent and applicable to the services being procured, and submit a copy of the offeror's FAA Operations Specifications demonstrating certification to operate in Alaska.
By eliminating this evaluation sub-factor, the contracting agency has removed licensing and certification requirements from the competitive evaluation criteria and award decision process for this bus repair procurement.
