About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for the removal of all furniture, furnishings, and garbage from a dedicated suite (approximately 10,000 square feet) on the third floor of the OGC 3201 Federal Office Building located at 700 West Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. The removal is necessitated by the USDA's reorganization of multiple agencies and relocation of personnel, with facilities being returned to the General Services Administration (GSA).
The Contractor must complete a site visit within four (4) days of contract award to provide the Government with a removal timeframe, coordinating with the Government Point of Contact. The Contractor will then have four (5) days to fully remove all furniture, furnishings, and garbage from the suite, with all work required to be completed by 25 September 2026 and the onsite work commencing 21 September 2026. Upon completion, the Government escort will conduct a 100% empty verification walk-through, after which the Contractor must remove all receptacles the same day. The Contractor is responsible for supplying all receptacles and manpower and must exercise caution to avoid damage beyond normal wear and tear; damage to Government property may result in a monetary deduction from the total contract cost. All travel costs must be included in the firm fixed price quote, with no extraneous costs to be incurred by the Government. No security clearances are required, though personnel must provide identification for day passes, and the Contractor must submit a crew roster prior to work commencement. Performance will be measured by the Government escort's verification that the suite is completely empty of all furniture, furnishings, and garbage, with potential penalties of 1-10% deducted from the total contract cost for each day the work extends beyond the allotted timeframe.
