AMENDMENT 01 – Questions and Answers
Q 1. – Are you looking for an aluminum Hopper or Steel Hopper?
A 1. - Aluminum hopper with Steel running gear (subframe), steel kingpin and plate and steel landing gear.
Q 2. – Spec states "2 Compartments" are you referring to 2 doors/gates at the bottom?
A 2. - These trailers generally have two compartments so they would have two gates at the bottom for dumping. A gate for each compartment.
Q 3. - Spec states a rear hopper vent, can you clarify what this is?
A 3. - The vent is to prevent damage to the tarp when dumping if you need to leave the tarp rolled up. Without the vent the tarp would suck down and damage thew bows when dumping.
